have any of you had experiences with DPH (diphenhydramine/Benadryl)? can you seriously take some over-the-counter shit, and then have crazy delusions and creepy hallucinations of shadow people, and/or see things that have completely no basis in reality which is impossible to do with even high doses of psychedelic drugs? hallucinations so complex and realistic that you can have conversations with them!? why have I never heard of this? I never really knew that there are such things as deliriants, which are different than psychedelics. I don't plan on trying them any time soon because apparently it's all negative and could cause dangerous behavior, plus it sounds like it really fucks your brain up, but this is super fascinating.

also, has anyone here tried ketamine? dissociatives also interest me.

there is nothing to be gained from a delirious state. stay away from that shit.

do you know anyone who's tried it? the range of experiences i've read is so fucking weird and vast that it just makes me super duper curious

like I said, no plans to try it any time soon. Though I can see myself doing a one-time thing for the adventure much later in life.

just stick with weed. i dunno why taking something that is supposed to tranquilize animals interests you. sounds boring as fuck, and a huge waste of money and time to me. also, stay away from OTC/presecription medication. that shit is bad as fuck for you, especially if you're abusing it for trippin reasons. just do acid, you faggot

being "removed from reality and set adrift in an introspective dream-like world, often involving complete dissociation, immersive visuals and out-of-body experiences" does sound more interesting to me than the effects of cannabis. it also sounds entirely unique, and I'd like to experience new things. bringing up k's initial use as a tranquilizer is something i'd expect Fox News to do. it's not really relevant in terms of the actual effects

I talked about how deliriants are completely different than psychedelics, so it's not like it's a substitute for acid. I was going to buy acid and then the guy selling it went into a fucking coma or something, I don't know. I also said that I wasn't gonna do DPH anyway, it just sounded fascinating. You don't really trip, you have fucking delusions and basically become schizophrenic for a short amount of time. Ketamine is used for anesthesia, so it's worth mentioning. Dissociatives aren't awful.. not very enlightening, but I hear they can be fun, haven't tried them personally.

Either way, stay the absolute fuck away from deliriants.

goddamn. you do live in australia, though, and I always hear about how overpriced acid is there. my research tells me that you should never buy tabs for over twenty bucks under any circumstances, even if they're like 200ug you're getting ripped off. when I first looked up the price a long time ago i read that it's like one euro per tab in Europe. i know that the silk road should have prices a bit higher because of shipping, anonymity, risk, etc... but it's well over twice the typical price (not in australia). i never seriously inspected prices till today but I'm pretty sure it's included. i don't see anywhere talking about shipping cost, and I even went to the page where you add stuff to your cart.
