basically if you want something on the front page you send it to crazy jay and if it's of outstanding quality he will probably put it up

note that i say *outstanding* quality, he's not going to take every kid's shitty stick fights.

alternately (but less likely) he may approach you with an offer to pay you to put up your animation.
