tbh, I have noticed Yun doesn't really make anything original. He makes 2 tributes, which is, in Pluto's words, "ripping off ideas". I also saw something about him asking tocksique to joint after he saw Hyone. He also made an anim similar to Terkoiz's Rushed 3 part.

Let me point and ask some questions:

1. Who was the person to actually ask FRESH to change its theme?
2. I never noticed that I actually stole the theme, but is there really a rule against not having the same theme?
3. TRIPOD was only my idea since it sounds cool and the concept of it sounds interesting and the design of it in caps looks spicy.
4. [Off-topic] Yellow, I know I don't create original ideas because I don't feel ready to actually try something. Reason being is that I feel I have much to learn. I am making tributes that "rip-off" ideas like RUSHED 3 : Phil's part and shit. But that doesn't mean that tributes aren't supposed to be different.
5. [Off-topic] I haven't been on for a whole 24 hours so I missed the whole conversation about this.
6. I will change the theme, but it will ruin the concept of TRIPOD. But why should we retaliate about the Theme? It's such nonsense.
7. Yellow, I don't even want to do this but why should I care? Human's can't be perfect, everyone is different. That mean's that my will is different from everybody else's. Plus, with that much swearing, you sound like a bitch from my school. He's got a reputation of being a cunt and shit. Why be so obnoxious when you are already being involved something? I'm not the only one who's making a JCTLM tribute. There are probably 4 or 6 more out there. I'm 1 of them and when you are involved, you are involved. Please, never again.

Oh wow and I thought I had anger issues. Guys is this really that bad? I mean If we're that hurt about it then yes lets Clan war. BUT NOT NOW. Mr007 hasn't been on in awhile and I need more practice with Flinch in 24fps before challanging people. But Yun and Finite just try to sort this out in a peacful manner. If yall can't come to a conclusion then we'll battle for it.

That isn't how you're coming across, To everyone you have just made yourself look like you are a way over reacting moody butt, I'm not saying that's how you are, i'm saying you should have dealt with it respectfully in the first place, not just choose to half way through.

Yun why do we need Stone? He has too much to deal with right now,with the changes and all,to worry about this little minor dispute. How about you just change the Theme dude? It's not that hard. Why do we need to swear and fuss over words on a flash document? It's very unprofessional and it's making us BOTH look bad. Just do the obvious,be the bigger man yall claim to be,just change it and it'll be over.

Moral of this story:
Both clans are invalid since neither exist on stickpage yet until the clan section is up.
Both clans have same theme.
Neither clan wants to change themes.
1 member decided to go out of their way to start a war.

This stuff is pointless. The clans are completely invalid because they don't exist. Clans are put in different regions. West, North, South, and East. For some odd pointless reasons, people decided to misuse the SP forum by posting clans in the community projects section which is entirely out of place. The theme won't matter when the Clan Section is up because Tripod is in the west. And Fresh is in the north. They're not contradicting each other because Keep it Clean is like people in the west having "The best of the west" and the east having "the best of the east" Same theme, but due to their region it doesn't matter. Both clans keep the theme. Its not a big deal. e_e
