Whine and complain if your mentor is useless and does not help you.
Simple come back to this thread and ask to be moved to another more helpful mentor.

Would this be for Flash only? It seems like that's what it is, but I think there should be mentors for Pivot and Easytoon, too.

This is pretty much a program where you as an animator, come to another group of animators and ask them to show you what they know, or what you need help with.
Like a math tutor. You don't know math, so the tutor is there to help you learn.

Guys the success of this really depends on just how good the "mentors" actually are. So many times you see these things being run by people who don't really have to much experience in flash.

@Cronos, i can assure you that the people on that list are both great animators, and (I dont know how they all teach, but most of them) are great mentors
