Hmmm Kidkei you should really delete or close this thread and start a new one, cause people keep asking for mentors and are apparently too lazy to read the front page, and you cant blame them, since by individual mentors is how it used to work, and since the thread title is "FA-SPMentorProgram", people do expect mentors.
So close this one, get some time to assemble a team of pros willing to help you, give your team a cool name (this is a critical step), set due dates for your lessons, give your team plenty of time to meet the dates, and make a new thread.
just some thoughts, you decide wether to do as I say or not.
