Powers:
Can summon an unidentifiable form of mist. His speed is increased upon being on it.
May also freely choose to summon deadly spikes from himself and the mist.
Can sink himself into the mist where he becomes invulnerable. He can then reappear anywhere else where the mist is present.

Weaknesses:
-Speed
-Agility

Story:
Was made with sugar, spice, and everything nice.
