Unfortunately, the clan is full. Once a member leaves, then you'll be able to make a tryout to join them. But there's lots of competition though. This is a pretty popular clan.

Pivot or EasyToon is most likely your best choices for free software.

Go to File -> Export -> Gif -> Save
Get an account on Deviant Art and upload your animation to Sta.sh.
post a link to the animation OR put the image url inside [img] tags.
