Reporting without giving a warning is unfair .

I'm just saying don't overuse the report button on trivial and minor things.
Clan pages aren't designed to have a fixed topic, you can't help when the topic changes to something else while keeping within reasonable limits, and there's no harm or wrong being done;
ask yourself "How far are they off topic, is it reasonably limited to the clan page? if not, how is it breaking any rules or regulation? what do I tell the moderators in the bat cave about these posts by my report?"

Right now, the posts seem fairly outside what they should be talking about here.
If you guys want her facebook, there's PM's and visitor messaging, make use of it.

Infractions are warnings, the ban is the actual punishment.
The report button is for the moderators to clean up any messes on the forum; if someone is a repeat spammer, they can judge by their reports if he/she should be banned or receive any other disciplinary action.
