Ability summary:
-A unique gunblade with extreme durability and fires high caliber pistol and shotgun rounds.
-He possesses almost unmatched dexterity. Technically he could evasive almost any attack. Can also dash and flash-step for lightning fast manoeuvres (finds the former much easier than the latter).
-Has the ability to use an unusual kind of energy in a variety of ways (detailed below). Mainly for energy attacks and enhancing his regular moves, (e.g. focusing power into his fists to enhance his punches).
-He has great stamina but can get temporarily out of breath if he over exerts himself.
-Can withstand impacts (dash related) and large falls, providing the landing was braced.
-Slightly faster than the norm at a sprint. Has the potential to go much faster through dashing.
Weaknesses:
-Kursura is the only person who can interact with the omnipresent energy. As a result he has no mentor or training in its usage, only what he has discovered himself.
This means he hasn’t mastered his ability in the same way other people can with wind or fire for example. He also lacks professional training and experience in combat (he's better than the average but under a lot of fellow rhg's for now).
-His power is limited at the start of fight due to his base energy level being 0.
-Do to his low resilience and pain tolerance, he can't afford to leave large openings and doesn’t tend to take risks (for better and worse). He’s also rather lightweight and easily overpowered by strong opponents. This also makes his physical strikes weaker than the high speed would suggest.
-He has low mobility when using energy and will usually be standing still while doing so. He will sometimes use air-time to get around this, but will loss aerial mobility instead when doing so.
His energy channelling is also very interruptible. And interrupted charge will get completely defused unless it was close to finishing.
-His excellent reaction time is mainly reliant on sight and is more down to reflex than thought. He's not fast in everything he does. His reflexes can be beaten in several ways like pressuring, knocking off balance, catching by surprise and very confined spaces.
-He must be partially braced in order to dash (e.g. can’t dash when lying flat on his back)
Personality:
Kursura is a rather quiet and respectful type, he tends to observe rather than participate. Hard to anger, he’ll rarely have a bad thing to say about anyone and helps others when he can. As a shy individual he tends not to speak unless spoken too or questioned. He has a desire to get along and be friendly with people but it is undermined by his timid and apprehensive nature towards others. When with friendly people or those he knows, he becomes more relaxed and laid back. He can be serious but not overly so and likes to keep an open mind about things.
In combat he is quite a versatile fighter with experience and knowledge with most weapons (but still lacks proper training). His fighting style is varied but generally airs on the side of caution due to his inability to take damage. He knows his weaknesses and tries to avoid risks. The rhg system allows for killed opponents to be revived, but he’ll still tries to avoid killing if possible. He also won’t fight if the opponent doesn’t want too (like there being forced to fight by someone else).
Story: Classified, currently unknown. Only info is that he’s been with the rhg organisation for about 4 years and a member of the clan Nemesis for 2.

The enhancer makes a given attack (punch, kick, slash etc) much faster. A big enhancer packs serious force. This can be applied to a series of attacks too, not just one.
The projectiles are most often like comets, balls of energy leaving vapour trails. Other variants include arcs, shockwaves and beams. The common traits between them are fast speed and exploding on contact. They are powerful but damage falls off reasonably quickly. The projectiles have quite a lot of variation in how there fired. This includes avatar style hand gestures to sword swings to pure thought based. Each has its ups and downs e.g. hand gestures are less taxing mentally but more so physically.[/spoiler]

The energy in his system will passively heal any injury he has and gets faster the higher the energy level is. It is a lot slower than the active heal and suffers the same (but shorter) delay in stopping pain.
Spikes – He can fire energy into the ground and have it resurface as either an attack like and beam, or jagged, crystal like spikes. The Spikes are jagged and very strong on creation, able to lift heavy objects. The size and number depend on the amount of energy put in. The ability is rather basic, lacking any alternative variations. Plus due to the more particle nature of the energy, it becomes fragile after the initial creation and will over time break down by itself.
Energizing Weapon – Like the charged punches but with his sword and has an additional effect. It can seemingly ignite and blaze with a blue inferno. This can be amped up to a ‘Strider’ like energy blade that can greatly extend its length or damage. It can be initiated for a single swing or for extended use. The aurora can also be launched like a standard energy attack.
Defence blast – This is when he quickly charges before unleashing energy in his body in a short ranged blast (like Pulse when fighting Alfa, except it’s a blast instead of a stun). Mainly used if he’s trapped or restrained, it has incredible power at point blank, enough to disintegrate steel. The power drops off rapidly though; you’d only need to be about 5m away to only get knockback. If he is in extreme pain, this ability can trigger without intention. Note: he can do a variant of this that’s focused on just the hand/s.
Shields/barriers – There are 2 kinds. The first is a temporary wall (shape can vary) that can stop moderately strong attacks. Like the spikes it's strongest when initially made so is normally used to block a single attack. The second is a more solid, round version that can block even the most powerful attacks and last as long as required. It requires a braced pose, full focus and can’t be turned easily.
Awareness – The omnipresence particles of energy can be disturbed by objects passing through or close by in the same way air is. Kursura’s ability to detect the energy allows him to pick up on this and allows him awareness of his surroundings, even invisible or silent objects. Powerful though this ability is, there are several major drawbacks. Any movement can cause disturbances leading to a lot of background noise. Anything static will be practically invisible. What’s more, Kurs has next to no experience using this technique so far and doesn’t yet understand it properly.[/spoiler]

Blades: At around 80% it’s possible for Kurs to create blades which are controlled telepathically. There made of the same crystal like substance as the spikes and vary a lot in size and number, from large like swords to small shards. They provide a powerful addition, but the difficulty in obtaining them leads to inexperience with effective usage. The fighting style with them also tends to be more offensive and can be risky.
Wind (passive): As the level of energy in his system peaks (about 90), the extra energy that can’t go in will flow around him like a breeze. At 100% it can reach gale speed.
Ultimate (extremely rare)– If Kursura forces his power to keep increasing after maxing (90+) he becomes supercharged. His power, speed and regeneration to increase dramatically and his energy to charge instantly, as well as infinite stamina with no change of headaches or dizziness. This allows for extremely rapid use of energy in all areas.
The tradeoff is that this state can only remain active while in combat and for about 30 sec after leaving it. When the state ends kurs gets exhausted by however much he exerted himself while in the supercharged stat. Only a few powerful moves are required to leave him completely exhausted, likely unable to even stand or maintain consciousness. Also his defends aren’t improved in this state so he can be brought down easily. Due to this Kurs almost never uses this state, viewing it as too risky.[/spoiler] [/spoiler]

-He will surrender in unwinnable circumstances providing he knows he will be spared (he is very wise to trickery here, and will not be easily fooled).
-The shotgun needs two hands to be fired rapidly.
-He knows a lot of the rhg's within the organisation although not personally. He reads up on opponents before battling them but that doesn't tell him everything and he can be caught out.
-Abilities are used when they will be most useful. It’s not uncommon for most to go unused in a fight.
