Xero, you need to chill out, You dont need to be a perfect leader, take Pin as an example, hes a good leader, and his clan has been living for over a year now, and he doesnt really do that much, hes just good at organization, hes chill, and hes good friends with his memebers.
Relax, if you need a break from either art or leadership, you can give the upperhand to one of your more active members, life is stressful if youre doing everything.
