Let's start off with something really familiar. Animate your RHG killing a lot, not really a thousand, (lol) with one of the very last moves being a devastating finisher that is related to your RHG's power, i.e., my RHG can pull of a Lightning Smash, doing it with super combos.
Try to link it with combos. Make an awesome background. Monthlies with no BGs will not be accepted.

View Profile Not the best of artwork on the pictures. All 3 members are the same color, and the shading is off. Also when starting a clan i don't reccomend putting in the header the skill level your looking for. Most people will join if their skill level is equal or close to the leaders. So to post "Clan Animations" will help joiners know if they have what it takes. Also, tryouts will tell you their level, not many people know what level of animation they are. And last but not least, this looks like it will go better with detail.
All members need a RHG page. And their RHG's should be posted on the front page of the clan. With their colors correct. Not all Grey, there's no diversity in it.
This is not a insult post its CnC on the clan and tips that i'd think would help. Good luck with the clan. :)

i actually agree but the lay out is pretty good, letters are too small to read.

The art isn't good, looks like you did it in paint, you should look for someone else to do it for you.
You should wait for your clan to be full to start the weeklies.
And pretty much what Pin said, listen to him, he is the leader of a successful clan.
