The only one I watched was your RHG. You need to practice on your artwork and you should be fine. You're pretty good right now with animation, if you brushed up on your artwork though your animations would be a lot nicer.

I used to be better, I haven't done that sort of thing in a while.

The best piece of advice I can give you is use details. Shadows and highlights are very important, make sure they relate to the light source though, don't just randomly add them where you see fit.
