Is not spam, I just chose that infrac. because it equals to a day ban I think, I wasn't sure about responding to him trough pm or do something else so I asked hewitt and he told me to give him a 1 day ban. And if he was going to stop, why not drop it there then?.
If no one is agreed I have no problem into reverse the infraction and apologize maybe I just made a mistake. But the main reason of why I gave him the infraction was for the agressive and childish way that he responded to a simple warning.

I'd keep the warning in place. Like I said, he's on my shit list because he already doesn't care. He has made that very obvious in his pm's with me, so really I wouldn't have any issues perma banning him :/

I think it was reasonable to give him a warning about it, warnings don't really do shit but sound official and go on record. In the future, you should really communicate more clearly and try to choose an infraction (or make one) that's more relevant. I realize that in the heat of things it's easy to simply want to punish them, but you have to try to be reasonable about it. When you're angry your brain can justify pretty much anything by skewing it without you realizing it.
In this situation specifically I think you could have done a flaming infraction and chosen another one of his posts. You could have also said more than "please don't", which really says nothing and seems more like you're just picking on him rather than trying to warn him of anything. Telling him straight up that his attitude problems are unwelcome here and that he should try to be a more positive influence on the community might get a better response. However, I know more than anyone that there are some dickheads that are unreasonably anti-authority and will jump down your throat either way, like causing a minor inconvenience on a stick figure forum makes them super cool internet badass king.

I didn't infract him because I was mad. In fact I wasn't angry in any point of the conversation, I gave an infraction because when I asked Hewitt what to do he told me to 1 day ban him, apparently he forgot I wasn't even a mod in that section and I just did it.
Yes, I do agree that I should've been more specific with the warning, and I will be more specific with future warnings/infractions, if I see a discussion or 2 people arguing or about to start and arguing I will go and give a warning telling them to don't go off topic and don't start a flame war, in any thread made by anyone I would do the same. Apparently this (sadly) looked like I was just angry and since it was my thread I just went and gave him a 5 points infraction.

For the record, I told her to make the infraction that would lead to a dayban. I said, he was already at 4 pts and anything else would lead to a dayban but I didn't expect she would give the equivalent OF a dayban which would be 5 pts. That was overkill. But as long as you learned your lesson :I
Warning sss wasn't her job, but infracting him for talking back to her was.

Learnt my lesson about what??. The only thing I regret is to have not been more specific with the warning. I didn't notice that he had 4 points active already, I guess I'll have to check someone's profile next time I give an infraction.

learned about being more specific with warnings XD

Guys I've been thinking (partly through my experience so far with Dojo), are the off-topic sections necessary? Like, I was just browsing the Dojo general chat and I noticed that it's a shit-ton more active than SP's, so I started comparing the two casually and realized that a lot of the topics in Dojo's general section would go under off-topic waaaay at the bottom of the forum on SP.
Seems to me like the off-topic is a little redundant, as it's essentially divided what should GENERAL topics and sent them to the bottom of the forum, leaving the general forum devoid of any meaningful content aside from a handful of stickied topics and a bunch of forum games.

Dejavu. Has the hack been averted?

I think so, but whoever hacked us took our neat "STickpage" logo from the top :(

Look like saw reset the DB. AFAIK we're safe? Looks like we updated to 4.2.1. I blame vBurglar for being crappy.

Is it normal that I see posts missing?. There were like 5 posts that were deleted from my clan page but they like completely dissapeared, it doesn't say "deleted by" anywhere.

That's what happens when you reset a database
