I don't think Spawn should be a mod. I don't know how he acts around everyone else, but I've had nothing but problems with him and his attitude, especially on IRC. It should be noted that he's previously been banned on IRC for attitude, and he's also had several altercations with me where he has decided to interject into issues that don't relate to him with unnecessary sarcasm and snark. I feel that his history shows he isn't capable of handling himself in a mature and respectable manner when it's necessary, and I don't feel comfortable having this kind of person on staff.

Welp, that's to bad, but i'm going to listen to my team of vets first before rebutting that either way. At the end of the day, if its just not a good fit then that's that.

edit: btw, don't read the above in a negative way. I said it positively and without remorse or anger at any of you ofc. :)

I can't say I feel either way on spawn to be honest.
I don't talk to him enough to know how he works, but I've watched him...
Then again, he is...an admin now?
So I can't exactly say much on that one.

I have never seen or heard of him before. I was in the same position with Eric and Sawyer. Sawyer ended up doing things; Eric didn't. Therefore I have no opinion either way.

As honestly practical and realistic as that is, is it too dickish? Or do u guys think that'd be fine?

something like "Remember to check Google first!" sounds more friendly

I don't really know if a RHG list is worth the effort..at least if you do it like in the old RHG system (in a thread) on FA.
I think the new system that was introduced back on FA would be suitable.
