I'd say if china attacked them, the terrorists would help, france might, and all the other countries that hate america. The only way to avoid world war 3 would be to let it happen. 1) Although we owe Chine trillions of dollars in debt, the relationship is mutual. If we cut off all ties with them, the Us would be affected, but China would be completely devastated.
2) There are no such thing as "Terrorists". Sure, there's the Hamas group. but these are not TV terrorists. These are people who are simply fighting foreigners off their own soil. Hamas could literally give two fucks about America, as long as America stays out of the middle east.

Okay here is how i see things happening
First China will become the super power of the world...this is inevitable, right now their currency is tied in with ours but they are diversifying there basket of currency with other countries and China's dollar should well exceed ours (estimate 2025-2030)
Second: after China becomes the super power of the world Americas money will be worthless because we have nothing to back it up but faith and that would be gone. So people will start losing jobs and start another great depression
Third: Americans losing their jobs will at some point start a war with China so we can get our dollar amount back up

But England would too. So Russia would have to hit England. And England would have to hit Russia's allies. It'll reach a point where every world power will take a nuke, and by this point, nukes will just fly for random reasons. Pakistan, seeing the nukes flying around, would nuke whoever they wanted to. Eventually, so many nukes would create a "Nuclear Winter", in which vast waves of radiation would sweep across the globe and kill everyone.

B) Don't get "conspiracy theorist" with me. "OH MAN, I BELIEVE THE GOVERNMENT DID SOMETHING BAD, AND EVEN THOUGH THEY CAN PROVE TO ME THEY DIDN'T, I STILL THINK THEY DID SOMETHING BAD." with that argument, I could create a solid case as to why the founding fathers were all walrus'.
