so i was like just chilling out in the beach when these 5 star surfer ninjas came into my pad we had like an epic battle with starfish stars and chains and whips then it got really weird and i was totally crashing into this mosh pit where i met my lond lost evil twin brother Mortimer Jammin but its okay cos we partied hard with our conehead hats and our fists in the air fighting the good fight but the dj was really loud and i passed out when i woke up there were seventeen beauties on top of me and i was like so smothered in wet kisses and stuff but then i woke up for real and i found out i was actually in a dream of another stoned beach rocker dude who had like a bajillion similar dreams BEACHCEPTION and so i tried running inescapable deathtrap which had me for hours until this magic tutle saved me by quashing the ninjas who poisoned me with this groovy poison dart they found in a polluted stream so whats the lesson kid? always throw your garbage and never litter because sand mongering starfish shooting star ninjas might get you in a whole lot of trouble what was i talking about...

The magician
Abilities :
The magic of illusionists , mentalists and other stage-performers but then it's real. Or just a Sorcerer.

Be warned. This is as old as this thread and not updated anymore. Just see benjamin his battles as his story.
Benjamin is a rather curious fellow but here is a run-through of his history which may be expanded on in future animations Benjamin young days date ages back but he appears just like a man in his late twenties but he never had to reveal his apparent immortality . Because he disappears every time the public gets suspicious of his age and/or extraordinary magic . Although he has no official nationality his country of origin is probably somewhere in united kingdom because he has a vague British accent when talking . His latest identity ( Which dates from 1955 to the day of writing this biographic (2010 Friday July 23th)) is Benjamin who is a magician ( like al his other identities) giving shows in his theatre at Pioneer Square in Downtown Seatle , Washington . However the United States Government quickly and easily tracked him down but catching him was a more difficult task , here it was clear Benjamin mastered all forms of conventional magic and beyond ranging from actual Mentalism or ‘’Psychic powers’ (telepathy, clairvoyance, divination, precognition, psychokinesis, mediumship, mind control, memory feats and rapid mathematics ) to teleportation and an apparent third eye given by a heightened sense of his surroundings What ended as a Wild Cat-and-mouse chase through Downtown Seatle began when 2 Seatle police officers came to pick up Benjamin because he was suspected to be a illegal immigrant or even a threat to the United States of America because of how he could keep a such a low profile while not even registered as a American citizen even thought being a Seatle resident since the 1955 , after they entered the building they had a dispute with the suspected terrorist but when he got cuffed he disappeared in a explosion of smoke . The police officers quickly reported they had a suspect on the run and another police unit was sent in . The two deceived officers found the cuffs the suspect was wearing in an alley close to the theatre they quickly reported over the radio that they had found the suspect , and then all content with the unit was lost afterwards there were reports of shooting in the area . When the second unit came in to take a pulse of the situation they found one terrified officer and another one with a bullet entrance through the back of his head while laying face down in a mixture of his own blood and brains , when asked what happened the officer reported in distress that the suspect used ‘’somekind of mindtrick’ to convince him to shoot his colleague . When reported back to the HQ all units were alerted and a S.W.A.T. team was dispatched , it should also be noted that the officers revolvers were now loaded with Magnum caliber bullets but were still encouraged to make non lethal shots unless provoked . The S.W.A.T. team and 7 other officers died in the pursuit of the suspect , it required 1 Green Beret Team and a specially made electrified snare trap to catch him . He was taken to a secret government area where he was interrogation, below is a bit of the transcript of the interrogation Begin of transcript Interviewer: I see you removed your handcuffs Benjamin: Yes , they were tight around my wrists Interviewer: How did you manage break them open ? Benjamin: *grins* A magician never tells his tricks Interviewer: I wouldn’t play jokes on me Benjamin: And why not ? Interviewer: You just killed dozen human beings , what makes you think i wouldn’t do the same to one and empty my pistol magazine between your eyes ? Benjamin: I didn’t murder anyone Interviewer: And you expect me to believe that ? Benjamin: They killed themselves Interviewer: You are really nothing more than a child to me , breaking a vase and blaming it on the parent Benjamin: *Laughs* Interviewer: Is my theory that funny ? Benjamin: *Laughs* Yes , it’s funny to me how you don’t realize the irony in what you’re saying . This here , this interview , it is nothing more than a child trying to know how the tricks of a magician work Benjamin: Now lets make it interesting and bring a gun in the mix , let someone bring a gun and place it on the table Interviewer: You know I carry a gun right ? Benjamin: You don’t , you we’re bluffing . I did however spot a tazer on your belt though Interviewer: Yo- … What makes you think you can make demands ? Benjamin: You have to give the magician some of your candy before he tells you he had the ace of spades in his sleeve End of transcript The interviewer came back with a Smith & Wesson Model 15 laying on top of a tray however with this he had also brought an offer , an offer which Benjamin accepted . In the next months Benjamin was trained in Fire-arms , Melee and hand to hand combat . After his training , Benjamin was a soldier capable of destroying a small-nation . He was sent to station in Vietnam as a front-line soldier together with a few other ‘’extraordinary’ soldiers in an elite-squad . However after killing around four hundred communist vietnam soldiers he got blood drunk and killed everything in sight , even civilians and other U.S. Soldiers . He got extracted by a few marines who got him with a missile from an attack helicopter. He got imprisoned in a ULTRA-EXTREME Maximum Security Prison especially made for him in which he stayed for twenty years , starving of hunger but never being able to die He escaped in 2002 , and discovered the Rock Hard Gladiator and found it a good way to feed his hunger for blood without killing innocents...
