This actually looks like a great idea to me, sure it's been done with payday the heist and others, but the planting bombs on enemy cars, car chases, etc looks like a breath of fresh air, and a step away from the generic colorless deserts into a vibrant city would look much better. supposedly the trailer is by a group of modders of css/cod4, but i can't be sure as i'm going off of other people's speculations regarding the craft of the trailer. it could have been done by a marketing firm as a way to get activision's attention for all i know. the name is stupid, but the ideas are solid. I see two things happening, activision ignores it, does blops 2 instead, activision sues them, aquires the rights to it, etc, makes it for summer 2013, butchers it HORRIBLY. like everything else, i'd much rather see this as it's own product, without the cod label. sure they could still use iw5, but put some nice people behind it oh god.

Here's a good idea: stop making more games!

Here's what i said: Cod needs to change, and this is the best possible and most likely change, thus a good idea (FOR COD). driving freely around in mp, colorful cities and such, i know it's not an original idea, or even a good one in general, but this is the best direction i can see cod heading, as a $30 multiplayer only downloadable game, with fresh ideas, i can dig it. what i can't dig is cod in it's current state. I paid $60 for mw2/3/blops and out of the three, the only one with slightly good, albeit badly implemented ideas was blops. I do not like cod. I think i've put what, 80 hours into all my cod games (all of them, mp AND sp) combined. I never get above level 10-20 because it's just becoming GENERIC SHOOTAN 2010 then 2011 now 2012. every year. I don't like cod as a full $60 pc game, but a refreshing spin with mp for only $20-30. I would like that very much. Blops 2? nothankyoubutiwillstillbuyitbecauseimafaggot.

TLDR: You guys think i like cod. I do not. I like this as an idea FOR cod specifically, the idea itself is overused, but any change would be good for cod. this is the most likely and best change i can imagine them considering.
