I'm new to SPP and am pretty new to flash, and i wanted to enter a collab competition thing on here but it said that it had to be 24 Fps, and I was wondering what Fps was and how to change it. Can anyone help me?

FPS is shortened to Frames Per Second. How many frames will be played after one second.


To change fps:

(This part is important only if you have Brush or any other tool selected.) Press on the Selection Tool(Or just press the V button on your keyboard)

Then nearly at the bottom right you will see Frame rate and a box with these numbers(12) now change that number to whatever number you want, in your case you want 24. Just click on the small box, erase the number and write in your own.

There, done.
