I presume you mean how do you make Animations? Or it could mean how do you obtain Flash to make Animations? First of all, if it's the first option we are going to have to go straight back to basics, learn the program and all it's features which you can find if you do a Google search, find some tutorials to get you started, i believe Stickpage have some laying around the forums somewhere, not too sure as I'm new here myself, then keep creating test Animations to improve yourself. However, if it's the second option then head over to http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flash again, found with a simple Google search, remember Google is your friend. Then download the free trial, please note that it's only a 30 day free trial then you will have to pay for it.

Hope that answerd your question. Also in future please post in the correct forum so we don't have to fill this part of the forum with answering peoples questions, im sure there is a support/help forum for that.
