Intangibility only lasts about 5 seconds at max. However long he remains intangible he has to wait just as long before he can use it again. He must be completely tangible or intangible at any given point.

About
An Assassin, killed in the heat of an epic battle, given a second chance to earn back his life. He now seeks out the heavenly attuned RHG's to seek an audience with God to gain his life back. With a new found sympathy for the dead, Spectre is hesitant to kill. Looking back at all the death's he's caused as an assassin in life, he questions if he deserves to be reanimated or go to hell. After realizing use of his spirit slashes through his sword has drained part of his soul, spirit has discontinued the entire use of his sword.
