Don't be concerned with emulating terkoiz. just make your own thing.

I think you should stick to basic practices for now.
As of note, Terkoiz uses any tool he wants to when creating an animation, thus not restricting himself to one single tool.

If I may Add, I feel the Action Timing here is a bit tooooooo Slow, this takes from the overall Anim. Don't delay actions so long :P

I'm not quite sure how this is supposed to be like phil, the cinematics perhaps?
anyways, work on your posing. Many of them were rather awkward, and kind of ruined the feeling

Don't use the blur tool just yet until you have the motions and basics down just yet. This is really slow and the timing is odd so try to adjust it in a way that can be pleasing to watch while maintaining the ability to see what's happening. Also you should develope a style of your own before atemting to emulate someone else.

it was good but here's the thing. poses were kinda weird, no actual hits were made ( no punch or kick or something- nothing) actions were way too delayed and the blur wasn't all that great. practice though it's good.

Dooooooon't you know that if you make something like terkoiz style and even announce it as it being terkoiz's way,, people will start to compare it to terkoiz' work.
This takes a lot of quality out of the anim because they expected something else. This is another reason why you should develop your own style in stead of following another's footsteps.
because, no matter how good you are...
If you're walking in another person's footsteps you're still walking behind him.
^Keep that in mind..
Good luck!:)

To be honest this was the exact opposite for me. I never go into a thread titled "I made something similar to good animator" with high hopes. In fact I'm surprised when it's good.
If you're starting up and looking to people like terkoiz to fabricate your process, then you have inspiration, but you can't try to do it in "terkoiz's way" because terkoiz is the only person who can draw, animate, or tackle the scene the way he can.
Just do your own thing in the way you're comfortable. That's how every other artist does it.
