Yesterday I was in Wal-mart and one of the employees was talking to the manager. I have no clue how the manager understood her, until I heard her talk as well (The manager was white, so I'm not hating, thank you).
It might just be where I live. The public school in my town is on the failing public schools list, all of the teachers can't teach for shit. My tewlth grade year my English teacher didn't want to be the one to fail seniors so we all passed with A's and did no work...
My town is like a 75-25% population with the 75 being "african american". It's hard to blame them directly though, because it's the public schools fault, and being raised in poor living conditions. Oh well.
