story time

i was born in the states, as was my mom. not sure about my dad
but my grandparents were the immigrants and they came in around the late 70s when the whole khmer rouge thing was going on. what happened with my mom was that she had me at an incredibly young age, thus resulting in me, one of the few 3rd generation cambodian kids. in short, i was not born there, neither was my mom

i haven't traveled there yet but my grandfather's been taking plenty of trips recently, so i've seen some home videos and heard stories from distant family members in other countries

like my aunt said that you can't dress well because the people near the airport that you don't know are awful beggars

Well that's pretty interesting, Dark. We've got quite a few people from Asia here but the majority of them are Korean. We only have two or three from any other countries there.
