For those who may have not known today is the new leap year to keep our Calender correct, where instead of February having its usual 28 days in the month, it has 29. So year 2012 has 366 days in it, than the regular 365. Omen non?

How many years does Leap year usally take? When was the 27th day of February topped up to 28 days?

A leap year is every four years. And February has always had at least 28 days.
