Seems like a perfect anatomy isn't what you are looking for so I'm not going to start talking about that, better leave this to the interpretation of each person, I think that the first panel of the atlantis comic doesn't fit because of the square buildings: looks kind of lazy considering the rest of the panels

Most of the time I aim for close anatomy, but I don't like it to be perfect. Usually exaggerated parts.
Yeah, I should rework the first panel of that, I was just being lazy, and the rest of the panels aren't entirely lazy, so as you said, it doesn't fit.
