The front page is a first impression. Having a hideous front page just SCREAMS "noob who has no idea what they're doing yet chooses to create a clan because they THINK they're capable". Your front page is hideous. Basically what I'm trying to say is to be a clan leader you can't just be a good animator (not that you are or aren't) you have to be able to present people with something that is appealing to the eye to gain respect and positive attention; you also need some other traits, but thats besides the point I'm trying to make. Summary: Your front page is nooby so people are going to assume this clan is nooby, fix it.
