Being Clan Artist is next to Co-leader :D

You can't really say that.What if I don't like being one,or does not have enough responsibility.A co-leader is someone who is responsible when the leader is out.And I can't be someone like that.

Here's my idea:
WARNING - 10 WP will result to be kicked in the clan
No posting for 3 days - 1 WP
No posting for 1 week - 2 WP
Disrespecting Members - 2 WP
Making the Clan look bad -3 WP
REDEEM POINTS: Points that will take away the Warning Points
Making a weekly 1 RP
Making a monthly 1 RP
Getting supporters 2 RP
