I would just treat as some food for thought and just continue living. Others in this hypothetical world probably wouldn't think the same way though.

It would basically mean everyone and everything you love including your own family is not real, I would be pretty unhappy about that, there's a possibility of just continuing with your life, but it wouldn't be the same if you knew you could change anything they said or did at a whim.

I thought the question was how would you feel about it.
Well anyway, I would only change something if I really felt displeased about it. If this world were to continue to be a figment of my imagination, then I would feel more comfortable just living in this world as I always have been since changing the rules of life always complicates it more. Of course sooner or later, since I can pretty much do whatever I want, find out why this world is my imagination and what lies behind it.
But then again, this is what I'd like to happen and not what's really going to happen. I can't really predict my actions in this event because my nature might take over my desires.

I would be bothered, but I would be relatively satisfied if I felt that they were real enough for me to love and care about.

actually, now that i think about it, I imagined such a revelation while I was on a heroic dose of mushrooms. felt like I was ascending to a higher plane of existence. then I remembered my friends and etc and didn't want that knowledge, or to leave this earth as it is. i then proceeded to flip shit and freak out.

having said that, at the time i wasn't thinking logically. if i had been, i would have been sooooo out of this mortal plane.

I would clear the world of cancer, diseases, and make everyone live happy.
