You so know that isn't a nice thing to say, the other person (even if they're a beginner) could have put more work in it than you, they could've spent more time, and working their arse off to try and peak or even surpass your level, so I wouldn't call a beginners work "lazy poo stuff"...

Just because they aren't as good as you, that does NOT mean they didn't try, they could have put their best effort into their work, possibly more than you, animation skill is different than effort...

He didn't say that, he flat out said when you do better then them and their work looks unimpressive is what annoys him, he did not mention if they try or not, so your input was rather meaningless to that conversation.
