If you are planning for Pixar(Like me), you need to be really hardworking and express a lot of effort on one frame. Also, you have to have good attitude, you don't swear, you don't hate anyone and you get along everyone. Lastly, you have to be one of the top 3 animators or so out of the 1000 applicants. If you are going for Pixar like me, good luck to both of us then!

Animation and the likes of it take a lot of grades, thats true. Im actually gonna try to apply to a Gymnasium/College that specializes in game developement/concept art but Im unsure if they'll accept me since Im in 2nd year musical college. If it doesn't work out, Im gonna continue my education as a studio-technician/producer. It will grant me three lines of work; studio-man, producer and sound technician at musical events.
But hey, Harley! I don't know how your school system is, but I know by experience that halfway-through gymnasium/college/uni, you go through a period in which you want to switch to another line of work but almost everyone go to Uni after graduation to learn a new line of work which is more 'realistic'. So take college and build up your grades and then go to a uni for animation? I mean, most people don't have a job to support their living until 25/30
