I think someone did that on FA with clan wars... I think it was buiscut or something
But what can you do but harrass their pages and members? It's like clan wars on console games- no actual conflict.

RHG tournament version 3 anyone?
RHG Clans feature in there too it could be Good clans versus Bad clans and depending on the level of the clan(Beginner,Intermediate,Pro) determines which clans are in which category.
Example:
Chosen 6(Pro/Good) vs ZetaBrand(Pro/Bad)
Tripod(Intermediate/Good) vs Limbo(Intermediate/Bad)
DragonFly(Beginner/Good) vs NightStyle(Intermediate/Bad)
And so on....
Plus all other Good/Bad clans that fit in each category.

The idea seems pretty good to me, but someone should ask someone like stone, SSJ, Oxob or an other admin on irc to post a clean thread in the right section of the forum...
