Eat 3 large meals a day, and include lots of real healthy fat into your meals such as yogurt, eat the fat on steaks, chicken skins, guacamole, avocados, etc. Drink a lot of organic whole milk, (Im talking 3/4 a gallon a day here) and add a lot more dairy to your diet such as whole fat cottage cheese. Add a lot of carbs to your diet as well, such as noodles, pasta, whole wheat breads, etc. Generally eat bigger portions in your meals, but dont eat shitty food like mconalds, that was a terrible idea for raptor to suggest, you want good healthy fat not bad trans fats.
Thats how you gain weight the healthy way, its expensive to get that much food and trust me it will take actual focus to keep the meals down and not throw up the first few weeks, but after that you will be gaining good weight that you can carve into muscle if you see fit.
