Famed Mimic Gogo, from Final Fantasy 5. To beat him, you do literally nothing, and then get rewarded. Ironically, though, if you do choose to actually fight the guy, he's the strongest boss in the game... I suppose he counts for this list, and doesn't count at the same time.

Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII(PSX).You'll just have to use one omnislash at him and your done or you can just wait that he attacks and Cloud attacks back then he's finished.

Negative Man from Mother 3, you almost feel guilty when you kill him...

The Demi-Fiend from Digital Devil Saga. Woo, just randomly finding him near the end of the game out of no-where, the fact that if you enter with anything but 1 ability you'll insta-death, OR the fact that it takes a couple of hours just to get his health down by a quarter without him insta-killing your team, He has to be the absolute easiest Boss Battles ever created.

(All of these were on the hardest difficulties possible)
