No mention of portable; which is most likely Flash 8 Pro with all the languages but English removed and a crack put in.

portable versions of a program are watered down versions that have a substantially smaller file size than it normally would. you would still have key features, you would just be missing whatever originally made the file large (probably like export options or language packs)

as far as i know any business that has something to do with graphic design usually pay for portable programs through adobe or an affiliate
but for the common person portables are usually created by some hackers and torrented, so it is not legal

I decided to look up on this Flash 8 portable... It seems there are videos on youtube on how to download it, the only evidence I found to prove its legal is that one in the comments said so and you do not download it through a torrent, its uploaded on various uploading sites. But there doesn't seem to be any info on it officially from adobe.

Personally, I couldn't care less about piracy, we get to see people express their artistic capabilities and I believe ways of letting people do that shouldn't cost money.

There are ways; it's called free-ware, Macromedia, or Adobe, Flash is not that; tart up piracy however you want, but the illegal downloading of a program is not justified by art. Any artist worth his salt can express himself without trespassing on the work of others, hard workers who provide the tools for professionals, without denying them value, and certainly without breaking the law.

You can trial it, you can buy it cheaply if you are a student; hell there's a good chance your school may even give you a copy for free if they use it, but piracy is against the rules of this site, and I'm getting tired of children who think they can just take something because they want it.
