Can't wait to see more of Overlord and charlotte. Idk if a 3rd episode for charlotte came out yet. I haven't seen the anime for jitsu wa watashi wa but i hope it has scenes from the manga in the anime. Manga was pretty funny despite being slow.

I liked Charlotte's first episode but idk it feels like it's getting a bit too repetitive for me, especially since the dirtbag MC doesn't seem to be as interesting as I thought he would.

Yeah, Charlotte had a really good first episode and then immediately squandered everything it had going for it.
I haven't actually gotten around to watching Overlord yet but since I've seen people saying good things about it I might get on it

I agree with everyone on Charlotte, I'm really hoping they do something to make things interesting again. I still think it holds a lot of untouched potential.

I've been watching God Eater from recommendation and it's not as good as I hoped it would be. The artstyle is great but man, the characters are really boring. The MC is as plain as you can get. I'm still gonna continue watching though, it might get better.

Overlord is great. That's all I have to say.

Gate is also turning out to be one of my favorites. The concept of mixing modern technology with a fantasy world is really interesting. Can't wait to see more.

Also, has anyone else seen Rampo Kitan? It's really dark and borderline fucked up but it's really interesting and the characters are really good. The newest episode was great.

Lol I didn't think of SAO ever when I first picked it up. I just saw that it was a Madhouse anime on anichart and since Madhouse has good street cred I thought why not.

I just wish that next episode will show more about the possible threat to our FUCKING MAX LEVEL main character, because as much as I like seeing a dope MC kick ass this much, I still want to see how they can justify a worthwhile villain when the MC is this strong.

So I just watched the Psycho Pass movie and I can't help but feel like it's exactly the direction psycho pass 2 should have gone in. yeah, a lot of people just hear "stuck in VR MMORPG" and think SAO though, so it's good to clear up that misconception.

at the moment he's really still just proceeding cautiously, gathering information, and setting himself up for long-term survival, so he doesn't go out of his way to find major challenges. ainz will see more good action over the next few episodes, but he won't see a real challenge until after that when he fights

don't worry, i held back even in that spoiler. you'll still have to wait and see what happens.

anyway, at this rate we're going through one volume of the LN per four episodes of the anime, and there's 13 planned episodes... so we should get to the end of volume 3 at least, which would conclude the battle mentioned in the aforementioned spoiler. so, you'll almost certainly get to see ainz in a good fight before the end of this season, and there will also be plenty more LN volumes that haven't been covered by the anime leftover afterwards. hopefully this means a season 2 will happen one day, if the series gets enough attention, but i don't think there will be any cliffhanger ending or holding back on the good content until next season bullshit.
