I enjoyed it, I just don't think I took anything away from it that will make me remember it down the line.

I dunno, like I said I generally try to avoid anime I don't know is well-received or not, but the worst anime I've seen have to be Mayoiga and Glasslip. Probably the former more than the latter though.

I've read lots of terrible manga, but I generally drop those immediately so I usually don't remember what they are.

Oh my god. I remember thinking that Mayoiga was going to be amazing around the second or third episode. I literally could not have been more wrong. That show is seriously awful.

It has to have been made with the intention of being a parody. There's just too much wrong with it.

Dragonball super is pretty good actually. The first season is just a retelling of the battle of gods movie, which makes it optional for anyone that has seen it. I still recommend season 1 if you've got the time to spare, especially for that sweet scene where Vegeta surpasses gokus DBZ level against beerus.

As you can tell the art style is still the same Akira Toriyama. But the animation seems hit and miss sometimes, like the animators are having a hard time grasping the characters power levels and coming up with creative ways to show it. I mean the power levels have gone way up, but in terms of the animation it's hard to tell that the power levels are really any different from the Frieza saga on planet namek in DBZ sometimes.
The color choices here leave me desiring too, it's all bright friendly colors like Dragon Ball, but in terms of tone the show is more like dragonball Z. I feel like they should've gone with more Buu Saga colors, where the brights contrast the darkness of the content.
Cool DBZ color scheme (Click to Show)

You can see the difference.

The story line itself I wont comment on too much yet, because I don't want to spoil anything. But it's pretty decent and it's really nice to see all these characters I grew up with go on another adventure. Much gratitude Toriyama sama, I appreciate it.

Biggest complaint though, the Japanese version is just plain not my style of voice acting. Normally I prefer my shows subbed so that I get the genuine cast for the characters. But some shows the English dub is flat out superior and as soon as you compare Goku's voices between versions you'll understand why.
Goku really sounds like someone is squeezing his balls in the Japanese version, he's a grown man damnit, he's fuckin' jacked too.
So, if you aren't die hard enough to sit through the subbed version, you ought to wait for the English dub to release.

Finished catching up to Mob Psycho 100 and I can honestly say I liked it more than ONE's One Punch Man. I think the story is a lot funnier and better written. New Berserk chapters are finally coming out, but I can't even imagine when it will be finished.

I think Mob Psycho is a lot funnier since, while it does draw off from a few kind of stories, it's not as direct of a parody as One Punch Man is. It's more original and as a result more unexpected and charming. The MC is also far less perfect which is more ideal for a gag manga.

Either the author or I'm going to die before Berserk finishes.

I personally don't like how virtually every character in Mob Psycho is saitama with hair to the point where it's really affecting my overall experience.

Couldn't you really say that about a lot of anime though?

I guess, but the faces of other anime characters are more generic while Saitama's face is iconic and you really can't not associate it to Saitama.

I mean yeah it's pretty iconic. Or at least as someone who's watched OPM, it's very recognizable and it's not even trying to be subtle about it. Which I guess would be part of the humor, but it's irritating me personally.
