The Naruto and Bleach anime shows take to damn long to finish! They have a shit load of episodes!

My favourite anime are:
Naruto (sasuke-kun <3)
Bleach
And I might move on to some edgier stuff like Death note, maybe though I'm not sure since it looks a bit weird...
Also I heard of something called 'Full metal alchemy' but I think it's just a rumour...

I've always wondered why Japanese animator mostly never lip sync the mouths. Well I can forgive them if it's related to budget and time, but I pray to god every night before I sleep there's an anime out there that's actionly packed, well written and lip syncs.

I'm not particularly well versed in the horror genre, but what I've seen or looked into doesn't look very scary, creepy maybe, but nothing thats going to make me sleep with the lights on.
So does anyone have any suggestions on a terrifying anime?
It doesn't actually have to be scary, but something that will make me jump a couple of times would be nice.
