POWER:
He can harness the raw energy of music and command it to do his bidding. He can play every musical instrument ever made but he's lazy so he uses his boombox for most battles. He has very acute hearing and even though he got an A- at the ninja academy, he's still agile as average standards go

WEAKNESS:
He cannot inflict physical damage on his opponent if they can't hear his music. HE can't make a defensive barrier if he can't hear music. He resolves to dodging attacks because he is terrible at hand to hand combat but his movements are very rhythmic and easy to predict after u see a pattern. It is impossible to piss him off. He doesn't have a rage mode so he can't dish out incredible hits with pure rage.

STORY:
Utamaki never excelled at the Hatakeyama ninja academy. His hand to hand combat was suckish and his stealth was average at best. When he failed the academy with an A-, he went into a depression but developed a passion for music. He has come to RHG for redemption for his A- in the academy.
