that's right, then alpha them to the correct percentage.
I honestly think I'm better at art on flash than animation...

I like it for the most part, I just can't say I'm fond of the scarves. Also, you should make the contrast in shades for the shadows much higher, in order to make it stick out more.

Nice,But you should make the outlines more thinner and try to clean it...Also make some light reflections to make it look better
and on the shadows use 2 colors dark,darker from the main color to make it look neat,But your art is really nice,You should just make it look more cleaner..
