He is able to flash step. He can control a poisonous fly. He is a very skilled fighter who predominately uses his legs.

Weaknesses:
His fly is very fast, yet weak and a powerful method for Musca, He won't be able to quickly defeat his opponent without his fly. His legs are another powerful base of his attack method, without the use of his legs, he will be very vulnerable.

Story:
A young, beaten and lonely man whose only friend was a fly who was the only company he had for awhile. Many people tried to, both physically and mentally, beat Insecticide down into submission to the point where he could not take it anymore. He decided to join the RHG to show that he would not take the constant shit eating lying down any more with the aid of his trusty pet. He trained himself and the fly vigorously, now he is able to control his fly with the point of his hand and he can bend his leg's ability to their brink to move at immensely fast speeds.
