Is Limbo, Ragestorm and The Evil Brotherhood teaming up or joining forces with each other thus creating a League? are they allies or enemies and If they are In a League which for example A member from Limbo, Ragestorm and the evil brotherhood can be friends?

I could imagine if I were in this clan, that would be perfectly unfitting :3
