tentacle help

i'm trying to make a tentacle animation. but I can't find the setting which makes the brush sharp at the end. is there someway I can make my brush like THIS?

That is a tablet feature.You will only have that if you have a tablet connected.

O.o who are you referring to?

Anyways, ill just give a last resort technique. Zoom to the end & manually draw it.

or just use the selection tool and alt+click and drag a fill to make a corner...
