The animation skill involved doesn't matter. This is based on the animation being funny. Entertainment > animation quality.

hey i'm just a newbie but i'd like to give it a try :) (not that good in animations...even if i animate a fight scene it'd look funny =) will that do? ) kidding,will try my best!

just wondering- I think the submissions might have higher finish rates if it is 2 weeks to make a submission instead of 1.
