Story: His father has died in the fatal storm of sleet, he prays every time it rained, snowed, hailed, or sleeted
giving him the alias "Sleet". In a thunderstorm he was praying to his father that he will fight for himself, himself only.
At that place and time he trained with a normal staff, being struck by lightning. revived of his fathers doing he
gained the element of electricity. Grateful and sad to see his father from the heavens he started to construct a weapon
of the staff he was training with once he was struck by lightning.
