I recently started trying 24 FPS. My original FPS was 15 but it didin't look good enough. So I studied 24 FPS and I am fascinated about how the double-framing works. So here is a animation I made, CnC would be appreciated. http://www.fileize.com/view/13c6b2ab-47a/

It look's really stiff and choppy,The attacks were too fast ,and Improve on your smoothness and easing.Just practice and you'll be great someday.

It's difficult to even tell what happened on that first part. If you added more frames in between the movements and eased, it'd be fine.
