1) Remiii has authorization to participate in the collab because he's a member of this clan, which is now an ally of the Infinity Strikers. (woot.)

2) If Foscex chose you to be his guest for the collab, then you're allowed to participate. Yeah, IS is trying this "guest invitation" plan where each IS member pick one or two people of their choice to participate in the FoD collaboration in hopes of getting more parts.
