Bend your knee's slightly and turn your body to the side. At this point shout: "Ka". Cup your hands and focus your Ki. Do not close your eyes while you focus your Ki as you will lose sight of your target. Shout "Me". At this point your Ki should be manifesting itself as a glowing blue ball in your cupped hands. Shout "Ha". The ball of concentrated Ki is quite volatile at this point, so bend your knee's again to stop the ball from exploding where you don't want it to. Shout "Me" again, with more conviction as to add as much Ki to the ball as possible. Finally, shout "Ha" and channel your Ki from the ball of energy in your hands infront of you.
