ok i got a question
u c alot of fighting animations nowdays ( >:D)
but they always have those seizur flashes at punches etc. BUT some look really not in the right place. how do u decide when using 1 of those flashes or when just smacking that stick in his face?

You mean a sudden black flash? a little example would help. in the meantime ill figure something out.

I think you mean when to put a flash? I think, in my opinion that is, that you should put it on the frame where the hit comes as first, so when your stick figure does a punch, you add this flash on the frame where the hand touches his enemy for the first time, adds a little force.
