It's nice and smooth, but that fellow doesn't seem to have much conviction in his punch. Maybe he's just sleepy.

Try punching while stepping back and forward with one foot, and keeping the other arm extended behind you. you'll punch like a retarded girl

the animation isn't too bad, but watch some videos of people punching shit and take notes before trying again.
