I'm working on my my BSE and i need some advice.
please take a look at what I have so far,

The elbow is whats bothering me, I don't know whats wrong with it, but if someone could please give me some advice on what to do to to fix it that would really help me. If you have any other suggestions that would be super helpful as well ^_^

Maybe take out a few frames on the elbow decent, to make look more like a hard hit.

A little, just free transform one of the frame to curve so it looks more like a plummet other than crashing down at light-speed, maybe double-frame a frame or two as where he's about to drop.
